Sexual Orientation or Gender Reassignment
At Kiteleys will we be sensitive and understanding about your personal circumstances, as well as able to guide you through all the legal options available to you.
Our solicitors are adept at handling cases relating to sexual orientation, gender reassignment and discrimination of any kind concerning gender. In relation to family law, family dynamics are evolving and so too are the laws which affect couples and their legal relationship with each offer and their children.
We will be able to talk you through your options, recommend a course of action and provide a non-judgemental, supportive legal service throughout negotiations.
Religion or Belief
The law is the law regardless of religion or belief. At Kiteleys we believe in being supportive of all personal choices and believe that everyone is entitled to non-biased, sensitive legal counsel. In all issues pertaining to religious or secular views we can provide sound legal advice based on UK law.
With regards to family disputes, the laws which affect relationships between couples and families are secular and therefore are not influenced by an individual’s religion or belief. However, solving a family problem away from a court, such as using the Collaborative Family Law process or Family Mediation does provide the opportunity to incorporate religious and other strongly held beliefs within the terms of an agreement.
